Victoria Battison, Principal
Victoria Battison has overall responsibility for account management. She possesses 15 years of marketing experience including public relations, trade show and special event management, and advertising management. She has held a variety of positions as in-house marketing communications, as well as the agency side. Her experience spans a number of high technology sectors including digital video communications, Internet, television and radio broadcast, computer hardware, enterprise software, multimedia and laser optics working with companies in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, San Diego, and overseas. Her client articles have appeared in numerous industry digital video communication and broadcast trade publications. Victoria has worked with companies including Blackmagic Design, AJA Video, Agile Communication Systems, Autocue, Hannover Fairs, Globalink Productions, Tiernan Communications, and AgileVision.

Kurt Barnhart, Director of Content Development
Kurt Barnhart is focused on strategic messaging, positioning, and written communications. He has more than 20 years of experience in journalism, sales, marketing and public relations having served as a PR, marketing and sales executive for a number of software, electronics, networking and technology companies. Previously, Kurt worked as a journalist for the Associated Press, ABC News and National Public Radio. He has written articles and columns for The Red Herring, The San Francisco Chronicle, Software Business, Electronic News, EE Times and other leading technology publications. Kurt earned a degree in Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and studied business and communications at Columbia University, Penn State University, the University of San Francisco and Santa Clara University.

David Wright, Media Relations
David Wright has more than 20-years of experience in managing corporate communications and public relations programs for both International PR agencies and individual corporations. He brings extensive expertise in networking, enterprise software, software development tools, customer relationship management, partner relationship management, Internet security and encryption, data storage, e-business services and multimedia management technologies. Previously, David worked for Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in Silicon Valley, where he managed PR and media relations activities for VeriSign, iPass, Arcot, Scient and others. Before joining Edelman, David was a PR specialist in the aerospace and public utilities industries. He earned his Bachelors’ degree from Pepperdine University.

Suzanne Vorlicek, Creative Director/Designer
Suzanne Vorlicek is an award-winning Art Director/Graphic Designer with over 20 years experience in her field. She specializes in a wide array of marketing materials, including tradeshow graphics, brochures, print ads, corporate identity, trademarks and icons. Her experience spans the fields of high technology, including satellite communications, medical and biotech industries,  working with companies in San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, and Memphis. Suzanne has worked with The Robert A. McNeil Corporation, Baptist Memorial Hospital , as well as Spartan Communications Group, CommSystems, Alexion Antibody Technologies (formerly Prolifaron), and ComStream.

Farah Jifri, Writer
Farah Jifri has over 12 years experience as a technology journalist and has edited Middle East Broadcast & Satellite and International Broadcast Engineer (IBE). Since going freelance she has been a regular contributor to a number of B2B technology publications including Digital TV Europe, Advanced Television, Cable & Satellite International and TV Technology Europe. In addition Farah has been managing editor of and a regular contributor to the IBC Daily News. She also provides writing services to PR agencies and corporate clients.

Patricia Lee, Writer
A writer by profession, Patricia Lee has been a journalist for 13 years with broad industry experience covering several industries from banking and finance to commodities, broadcast technology and spirituality. After two years in book publishing, she decided to return to journalism and now contributes stories on Asia''s compliance and regulatory scenes, the asset management industry, private banking and family business. She remains fingers on the pulse on the broadcast technology industry in Asia, particularly Singapore where she came from, and offers insights into Asia''s broadcast, production and post production industries to US-based agazines. She also undertakes case studies for clients in the industry. Patricia''s writing projects include company profiles, marketing materials, research papers and books. She recently moved to Europe to explore new turf as well as offer her services in the areas she is most familiar with.

Alex Gubelmann, Photographer
Alex Gubelmann’s background is in commercial photography and conceptual advertising. Her approach is both visual and effective in the presentation of products and services. She received her bachelor’s degree in Commercial Photography/Advertising from Brooks Institute of Photography and already has made a mark for herself with her unique ability to photograph the unusual and eye-catching. Alex has designed and shot products in high-tech, sports, food, architecture.
